The holiday season will be soon be upon us and the Ladies Auxiliary would like to take the opportunity to provide gifts to twenty (20) Raleigh County families in need.

Below is a brief outline of our Giving Hearts Project;

The Salvation Army has agreed to select the families, they will have twenty (20) families selected by November 5th.  The Salvation Army will provide all sizes of clothing for the family as well as the children’s toy wish list.

Money spent on each family, included will be:

Dinner (Turkey, Green Beans, Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, and Desert)
Complete outfits for each family member (Coat, shoes, pants, shirt, socks, and underclothing)

Toy for each child in the family

All gifts will be wrapped; dinner will be in basket with wrap.

Gifts will be delivered by the FOCLA Giving Hearts members, along with any sponsor that would like to participate.

Each member and or member teams will be assigned a family to buy for.

The Ladies Auxiliary believes the Giving Hearts Project is a wonderful opportunity to help our community.  Along with your sponsorship of a family or a donation we will be able to provide these families with a Very Merry Christmas!
